Summary
WHAT on earth has happened to the bin men? For the second Monday in a row, I have traipsed outside first thing in the morning to leave our boxes of papers and bottles, plus the usual full black plastic bags in anticipation of the weekly rubbish collection, but yet again they have not been collected.
And for the second Monday in a row, I have had to fetch them back in again and find a suitable place to keep them on the off-chance that the waste collection trucks might be coming down our street next Monday.See the full content of this document
