A PASTRY chef at a top Midland hotel popular with celebrities has claimed he was forced out of his job after he told police a waiter attacked him and broke his nose.

Joseph Adams, of Camp Lane, Henley-in-Arden, told Birmingham Employment Tribunal he was assaulted at Nuthurst Grange Country House Hotel and Restaurant near Hockley Heath.
