WORK could start next year on a pounds 30 million retail and leisure development in the centre of Oldbury creating hundreds of jobs. Developers The Junction Limited Partnership have submitted new plans for the 300,000 sq ft project to Sandwell Council and hope to get the go-ahead to commence construction work next summer.
