SINGER Andrea Bocelli today apologised to the thousands of fans who were left disappointed after the last minute cancellation of his Birmingham concert.

Speaking exclusively to the Birmingham Mail, Bocelli said he knew the decision to postpone the concert at Birmingham's National Indoor Arena last month had been a 'disappointment' but he had been unable to sing due to bronchitis.
