I AGREE with the comments of Vernon Smith in the case of the toilet in the allotment affair (letters, August 4).
In this day and age there is a strong case that every allotment should have toilet facilities, if only of the portable variety. The days of "going" behind trees and stooping under brambles surely must be gone.See the full content of this document
