URBAN music act The Streets are to perform a homecoming gig to mark the O2 Academy Birmingham's move to a lavish new pounds 4 million home in Bristol Street.

Frontman Mike Skinner, who grew up in West Heath, has announced he will be performing at the new music venue on September 12 with priority tickets on sale now and on general release from tomorrow.
