Summary
I DID walk this a while ago with a charming bunch of women and remember having a brilliant time chatting and walking. There is something for everyone - water, greenery, architecture, peace and tranquillity as well as hustle and bustle. I feel this is a real pick-me-up for times when I need to step away and do something to energise the mind, body and soul. I would suggest taking the morning or afternoon off, followed by lunch or a cuppa with a friend to make it into a proper catch-up. Everyone deserves a break, especially if it gets us fitter into the bargain.
