A SHOPLIFTER who was twice caught stealing cans of deodorant from a Midland supermarket has been jailed for more than a year. The deodorant was worth just pounds 35, but Judge Robin Onions told Craig Pugh, of Hartlebury Road, Oldbury, he had been given chance after chance by courts in the past and squandered them all.
The 24-year-old admitted two charges of theft, possessing a bladed article and breaching a 12-month jail term suspended for 18 months, at Wolverhampton Crown Court.See the full content of this document
