BIRMINGHAM'S new leisure boss was locked in a row today after revealing revolutionary plans for the city's municipal golf courses.

Coun Martin Mullaney wants to transform five of the city's seven public facilities into pitch and putt venues or even three and six- hole courses combined with "adventure golf" centres where teenagers use child-friendly clubs and reduced flight balls.
