RELATIONSHIPS between banks and their small business clients are breaking down due to a "tick-box mentality", say West Midland accountants. Accountancy group ICAEW has called on banks to repair the damage and restore trust in order to help businesses to grow in 2011.
The organisation says some SMEs feel 'bruised' and 'scarred' by the way they have been treated by their bank during the recession and whatever trust that had existed had disappeared as a result.See the full content of this document
