BLUNDERS in A-level and GCSE exam papers is causing "unnecessary distress" to students and has become a "deeply concerning" trend.

The National Union of Students has also called for Education Secretary Michael Gove to launch an urgent inquiry into the errors. Errors in a geography paper and in a computing paper are the latest to come to light.
