WE HEAR regularly about the failings of the NHS but very rarely about the superb service it provides day in day out.
My experience following a heart attack at 9am on Sunday, March 14, is just one illustration of this. I went to Solihull A&E at about 11am, was whisked to Heartlands cardiology ward and the condition (a blocked artery) was diagnosed and corrected by 1.30pm.
