Summary
WORK has started on a pounds 2.5m development providing 68 small office units for new and existing businesses in Sandwell. The centre, on the corner of McKean Road and Bromford Road in Oldbury, is a collaboration between Sandwell Council and Pure Offices, which will fund and deliver the project.
The scheme is due to be completed by October 2011. Site contractor Barnwood Construction has vowed to give local firms the chance to get involved with building work.See the full content of this document
