BIRMINGHAM'S current office market typifies a 'new world order' in which smaller occupiers can move into new Grade A accommodation in the heart of the city, new research shows.

Take-up for the first three months of the year increased from just over 100,000 sq ft in the last quarter of 2009 to 170,000 sq ft, of which 40 per cent was refurbished Grade A stock, according to DTZ's latest Property Times report.
