A MUM has avoided jail after she fiddled nearly pounds 22,000 in benefits. Kerry Rawlings claimed income support over a sixyear period as a single parent when she was living with a partner, Wolverhampton Crown Court was told. Rawlings, 32, of Whitgreave Court, West Bromwich, admitted failing to notify the Department of Work and Pensions of a change in circumstances.
