DETECTIVES investigating after a 10-year-old boy vanished on a trip to local shops have charged a man with kidnap and sexual assault. Michael Jackson, 49, from Oldbury, who will appear before Warley magistrates today, is also charged with one count of false imprisonment and threats to kill.
He has also been charged with child abduction relating to a separate incident on September 14 in which an 11-year-old child from Oldbury was allegedly abducted.See the full content of this document
