YOUTH unemployment could start to fall by the middle of next year, the Government predicted as it prepared to set out plans to deal with recessionfuelled joblessness. Work and Pensions Secretary Yvette Cooper will promise 100,000 new jobs, apprenticeships and training opportunities as part of efforts to cut the numbers of young people out of work.
