HIGHBURY Park has always been a little hidden treasure. Often overshadowed by its sister parks in Cannon Hill and Kings Heath nearby, Highbury never seems to get a look in. Well that's all about to change as it comes into its own this weekend when it will host Birmingham's ITV /Walk4Life event. It'll be lights, camera and action for this little city gem and everyone is welcome to join in with a short walk this Sunday. The walk will begin near the Shutlock Lane entrance, Kings Heath, B13 at 11am. All are welcome so bring friends and family to enjoy a healthy day out and welcome back autumn in style. You'll be amazed at just how beautiful this park is - you'd never guess you were right in the heart of the city.
