WORKERS using pneumatic spanners in the middle of the night have infuriated residents living in the shadow of the M6.
Residents at Murdock Way, Walsall, were given a rude awakening in the early hours of Monday night as a highways maintenance team repaired damage to the central reservation caused last Friday.
