A CARING karate expert from Birmingham boxed non-stop for more than six hours on Christmas Day to raise cash for victims of the Pakistan floods.

While most were tucking into the turkeys, Paul Richards, from Washwood Heath, was negotiating 100 excrutiating rounds of boxing at the Fitness 4 Life gym, in Coventry Road.
