HEALTH and safety charges are to be brought against a fairground inspection company after a ride at a Black Country park broke - flinging two women 50ft through the air and leaving one with a broken neck.

A spokesman for the HSE said Fairground Inspection Services Ltd will face charges relating to the incident at Wolverhampton magistrates court on September 14.
