Summary
TEN years ago I changed my paper driving licence for a photo card because it seemed like a good idea at the time.
I have now received a reminder telling me, because the photo is ten years old and my features could have changed, that I need to re- new this photocard at a cost of pounds 20 with a threat of a pounds 1,000 fine if I don't.
