Ethnic Minorities to Increase by One Fifth

ETHNIC minorities are on course to make up a fifth of the UK population by 2051, according to new research.

Experts from the University of Leeds said that the ethnic minority share of the population would increase from its current figure of eight per cent to around 20 per cent in about 40 years.
