A NEW community centre has been officially opened in the heart of a city estate which is undergoing a pounds 34 million regeneration.
The council has spent more than pounds 2 million to create Oddingley Community Centre on the Wychall Farm estate, replacing the old Chaddesley Hall centre which had run for more than 50 years.See the full content of this document
