A NEW community centre has been officially opened in the heart of a city estate which is undergoing a pounds 34 million regeneration.

The council has spent more than pounds 2 million to create Oddingley Community Centre on the Wychall Farm estate, replacing the old Chaddesley Hall centre which had run for more than 50 years.
