AS the West Midlands struggles to deal with the effects of the recession on jobs and our communities I am struck by the way that some employers have used the time.
They have brazenly set about attacking terms and conditions of employment, and even the mechanism for reaching them, and cloaked their actions under the imperative to respond to the recession, as if they were not already planning to take these steps.See the full content of this document
