A DISABLED Birmingham driver says he is "disgusted" after getting a pounds 60 parking ticket for stopping outside Argos in Perry Barr, Birmingham, for just two minutes.

Albert Dunn, aged 70, who has had double hip replacement operations, said he went to the Argos store at the One Stop shopping centre to buy wall units for his house.
