A SOLIHULL library whose roof was ripped open during severe gales last weekend is expected to reopen later than planned due to delays to construction work at the site.

Dickens Heath Library, in Old Dickens Road, had been expected to open today after scaffolding had been put up so investigators could determine the damage.
