POLICE have now stopped 68 drivers in a massive operation targeting "lawless areas" of Birmingham where motorists drive without tax, insurance or licences.
The Birmingham Mail revealed earlier this month that officers were using the zero tolerance crackdown to prosecute and fine illegal drivers in Sparkbrook, Sparkhill and Stratford Road.
