Summary
ON SUNDAY September 13 along with some of my family I went into town to Arts-Fest in Birmingham city centre. This is to express my delight at what a lovely occasion it was. The mood of the crowd was good-natured and not once did I hear any bad language. The floral display was as usual first class and everyone seemed to be having a good time.
